ACEVP SIGNS AGREEMENT 400MILLION-DOLLAR WITH ESTONIAN, SAUDI GROUPS TO FINANCE COLLATION OF AGRICULTURE INFORMATION IN NIGERIA

On Wednesday, the 24th of September 2025, at the Swissotel in Tallinn, Estonia, an agreement signing event was organised by Values360Ventures OÜ.
This agreement was signed for the AGRIC Aid Volunteer Scheme and AFODIMS a new Nigeria Agri-tech Platform for Empowering Smallholders, Advancing Sustainability: Integrating Food, Energy, and Water Security for Resilient Communities.
This project involves collaborations between Estonian and Nigerian Groups; the Estonian Group is represented by Values360Ventures OÜ, Estonia (Reg. Code 17137482), Lanmer OÜ, Estonia (Reg. Code 17239053), and Organic New Earth (O.N.E.); and the Nigerian Group is represented by the Agricultural Commodity Value Chain Expansion Project (ACVEP) Limited, Nigeria, First Values360Ventures Limited, Nigeria and supported by the Government of Nigeria, and Values360 Ventures Saudi Arabia.
This project timeline is till December 2029, and the total allocation of projected investment with return is US$400 million. This project will enable the Estonian group to export its services, generate benefits for Estonia, and make a significant contribution to the Estonian economy.
Moreover, this project will allow the Estonian group to establish a bridge with the Saudi Arabian private and prospective public sectors for future endeavours.
During this event, agreements were signed by Dr. Aloefuna Ekenechukwu Joseph on behalf of Agricultural Commodity Value Chain Expansion Project (ACVEP) Limited, Nigeria, as Project Initiative Lead; Dr. Asif Chowdhury on behalf of Values360Ventures OÜ, Estonia, for Project Governance and Management; Dr. Kent Langel, on behalf of Lanmer OÜ, Estonia, as Project Implementation Lead [including Organic New Earth (O.N.E.)], Dr. Kazeem Adebayo Oladimeji on behalf of First Values360Ventures Limited, Nigeria, on behalf of the Representation of the Nigerian Government, and Dr. Saad Ibrahim AlKhalaf on behalf of the Values360Ventures Limited, Saudi Arabia, as the Project Observer.
From Estonia as well as from the rest of Europe, both private and public sectors’ distinguished guests attended this event on the 30th floor of the Swissotel Tallinn. Other high-level delegations were attending from Africa, the Middle East and North America.
Distinguished individuals express their well-wishes for the success of this initiative, believing it will create a significant impact on all stakeholder countries. This will allow Nigeria to enhance its successful legacy towards global commodity trades and benefit by bring foreign exchange through Export to the local community . After all, Values360Ventures OÜ believes, Agricultural Aid Volunteer Scheme would together with the new Tech platform on Agric Valuechain – the Agri-Food Digital information Management system make all Nigeria local government to boost it’s rural economy.
In this regards , the project promises to create 2 million direct and indirect jobs within the Agricultural Commodity Valuechain, commodity Grading, digital logistics, e-commerce, Agro warehousing, cool chain management, rural Biogas generation from Agro waste and production of organic food which would be given global certification for export through the Estonia exchange program and trade expansion

It is important to mention that Dr. Saad Ibrahim AlKhalaf and Dr. Asif Chowdhury are the Co-Founders of Values360Ventures Global Operations and have been doing the advocacy on values-based approach in corporate and organizational ecosystem since 2013 globally including G20 level with policies and task force papers.
Already the project has got Attend for patronage by Saudi Arabians who love halal products and we would soon open an Agro warehouse therein.
