The President in his 62nd birthday message sent to the industrialists and chairman of BUA Group on Thursday. urged him to continue as a steadfast champion of the poor and marginalized whose charitable efforts touch millions of Nigerians and people outside the shores of the country.
The President also lauded the efforts of Rabiu and other leading citizens in giving the country a good name at home and abroad.
He urged the industrialist to carry forward his momentum of investment and charitable deeds as he marks yet another birthday.

All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asíwájú Bola Tinubu, has congratulated the Founder and Chairman of BUA Group, Abdulsamad Rabiu, on yesterday’s celebration of his 62nd birthday.
In a statement yesterday in Abuja by his Media Office, Asíwájú Tinubu wished the industrialist many more years and good health.
He said: “I congratulate the Founder and Chairman of BUA Group, Alhaji Abdusamad Rabiu, as he turns 62 today. Prominent businessman and philanthropist, Samad Rabiu, has contributed immensely to Nigeria’s development.
Through his huge investments in manufacturing, infrastructure and agriculture, Alhaji Rabiu has provided jobs for many and assisted many more, helping to put food on their tables.
“He grew his BUA Group into a Nigerian conglomerate through hard work, dedication and perseverance, taking after his late father, Khalifah Isyaku Rabiu, one of Nigeria’s foremost industrialists.
