NEPA BILL CAUSES A MAN TO KILL HIS BROTHER IN ANAMBRA

After shooting his older brother, Godwin Orji, dead during a dispute over an electricity bill, a middle-aged man identified as Peter Orji, a native of Uruagu in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State, has turned himself in to the police.
