This happened yesterday Apr 12, 2023 at VI – Ademola Adetokunbo, opposite the place restaurant.
A man who is disabled and tries to earn a living by controlling traffic was brutalized by a soldier for no just reason.
The man stopped the soldiers vehicle since he felt it was time for the people on the other side to move.
They entered into an inaudible conversation, where the soldier was seen warning the man -Next thing he came down from the vehicle started flogging and kicking the man, a few people tried to stop him.
I feel this is not appropriate as no one should be handled this way, especially someone in this condition….
A uniform man (any man at all) should have empathy
